Jonathan was amazing. He helped me out at 5pm and once before on a holiday weekend. He is an amazing guy and has help me in a pinch now twice. I will forever give his name when needed.
Jonathan was able to come out the next day. In order to fix the problem, he had to go get the part. While he thought it would take him up to 6 hours to return, he was back at my home 1.5 hours later. I had no A/C and the house was 90 degrees. I was thrilled he showed back up so quickly. His continued responsiveness speaks volumes to how serious he takes his business. Jonathan was also able to provide consultation: recommendations to improve the current system and a long term solution when I was ready. His prices are competitive. He is knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. After he left, I immediately deleted my other A/C company I used for years from my contact list and replaced it with JT. I have already texted several people in my family to share his information. He is a great example of why you should support local small businesses.

JT Heating and Air is a stellar company. Jonathan and his team do fantastic work at a great price. We had a complete system install and he and his team did a super job. I highly recommend this company.
Jonathan came out after hours to address a drainage issue with one of my AC units. He was very responsive and quick when I reached out. He was able to resolve the issue, all the while making sure I was aware of the things he was doing and why. It’s very easy to tell why all of the other reviews are so good, he clearly cares about his work & customers. If any of my neighbors have HVAC needs or repairs I will be recommending JTs to them.

This allowed me to make an informed decision without pressure but also gave me confidence in Jonathon’s experience.
He’s worked for larger organizations but is able to take the appropriate time and care not under pressure to cycle through a schedule as he is an independent business owner and operator.
He is systematic but down to earth that doesn’t try to drown you in industry jargon. Produces a detailed inspection and checklist review with pictures of diagnostics similar to a reputable 30,000 car inspection with more details.
Will use again without question. Recommended with enthusiasm.
