Jonathan came out after hours to address a drainage issue with one of my AC units. He was very responsive and quick when I reached out. He was able to resolve the issue, all the while making sure I was aware of the things he was doing and why. It’s very easy to tell why all of the other reviews are so good, he clearly cares about his work & customers. If any of my neighbors have HVAC needs or repairs I will be recommending JTs to them.

This allowed me to make an informed decision without pressure but also gave me confidence in Jonathon’s experience.
He’s worked for larger organizations but is able to take the appropriate time and care not under pressure to cycle through a schedule as he is an independent business owner and operator.
He is systematic but down to earth that doesn’t try to drown you in industry jargon. Produces a detailed inspection and checklist review with pictures of diagnostics similar to a reputable 30,000 car inspection with more details.

Jonathan was super nice and was honest. Showed me what was wrong and what he would or wouldn’t do. Not just saying you need a new unit.

I cannot say enough great things about JT Heating & Air. From the very beginning Jonathan has always gone above and beyond to make us happy. He is extremely thorough so there is no doubt in our minds that he is making sure our HVACs are running properly. But the most important thing to us is that we have found a reliable and trustworthy person to deliver all of our HVAC needs. That is very hard to find. In past years we have used a few different HVAC companies but never truly found that trust in them that we have with JT Heating & Air. Two years ago our upstairs unit went out in the middle of the summer! We were devastated. We had a 1 and 3 year old at the time so it was very imperative that we get our AC going as soon as possible. I called the HVAC company we were using at the time and I was very disappointed that it was going to be 3 weeks before they could get to our house to repair our unit. I was so grateful that our plumber had recommended JT Heating and Air because when I called Jonathan he immediately answered the phone but told me he was fully booked for a week but he was so amazing and caring that he rearranged his schedule so that he could come repair our unit that day!!! I was so happy I could have hugged him!!!! From that day forward I stopped doing business with that other HVAC company and have continued our business with JT Heating and Air and have been extremely happy since! I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!
Top notch company. Jonathan came out when I had a cracked heat exchanger and replaced the furnace in under 3 days. Then my luck happened and my ac went out 6 months later. Within 3 days he installed a new Evap and Condenser in the pouring down rain. JT is my hero! Thanks man!
